LANDER expands in the German-speaking market alongside its new agent: Hardy Schyma

Since LANDER commenced its operations in Germany in 2016 thanks to the project with local operator Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr, our business in German-speaking countries has gone from strength to strength, generating new opportunities and producing new projects.

In the course of this venture, LANDER has had the chance to open up the doors of many operators, and in particular many people who have welcomed us with open arms with a view to continuing to develop their training procedures, spurred on by the possibility of adding state-of-the-art technology to the process.

However, it should not be forgotten that Germany alone has a population of over 80 million, 16 regions with their own peculiarities, and one of the world's best transport networks in terms of development and quality. Then we have Austria and Switzerland, two countries which are certainly not second violins compared to Germany - quite the reverse, in fact: they have large populations, with different regions and modern transport systems which are constantly developing.

So it was that some time ago LANDER realised it had to find support to break into what is known as the D/A/CH market. Support to help us understand the local idiosyncrasy, the model of personal relations with these countries, and the best working methods for this area of central Europe. This made the fine reputation of the agents in the German-speaking world a decisive factor - renowned professionals welcomed by local companies, striving to sell them foreign products.

Thus, after an intense search spanning several months, we can now welcome Eberhard Schyma on board. Hardy, as it prefers to be known, has extensive experience working with technology companies for security forces; for several years it has operated as an independent professional business advising a number of companies in the D/A/CH market, while also working as an agent for several European companies.

The arrival of Hardy in our extensive network of local partners was a breath of fresh air which is already helping us reach places hitherto still very far off indeed. For this reason we wish to give them a warm welcome, in the hope that this will be a long-term relationship of many successes in the German-speaking market.
