Bern and Switzerland welcome us

In recent years we have been extremely fortunate to be able to support many major European and world cities in their journey to integrate the use of simulators into the training for their tram drivers. Among these many cities, we have also had the good fortune to be present in important and historic European capitals, such as Warsaw, Budapest, Amsterdam, and Vienna, to name a few.

This is why we at LANDER were thrilled when, in July of this year, the Swiss capital, Bern, took the step of launching a tender for the purchase of tram simulators through its local operator, BERNMOBIL. This opportunity also offered a highly personalised approach for both hardware and software, stemming from the innovative ideas of the operator's training team.

It was therefore a source of great joy for us when, a few weeks ago, BERNMOBIL informed us that we had been chosen to work together on this interesting and challenging project. As part of the project, BERNMOBIL and LANDER will set up a training centre with two simulators for driving the Tramlink, which Stadler is currently developing for Bern.

As we have mentioned, it was a great pleasure to have the trust of the operator from the picturesque capital on the banks of the river Aar. This trust and the city of Bern also open the doors of Switzerland to us for the first time.

Starting today, we are working to repay all that trust in the form of a great simulation system.

Thank you BERNMOBIL!
