This 2017 will be the year of the 12th edition of the renowned Global Light Rail Awards, a ceremony acknowledging those companies who have made an especially important contribution to this fast-moving sector.

The Governor of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, accompanied by Vice-Governor, Diego Santilli, and the Minister of Justice and Security, Martín Ocampo, presented three brand new driving simulators featuring hardware and software specially tailored to the needs of the police force. The simulators accurately replicate specific traffic scenarios and are a high value added tool for training police agents in the Argentine capital.

With this goal in mind, a training programme for army personnel was rolled out in mid-December of last year, teaching them good motorcycle practices through a simulator developed by LANDER.
